Hello!

I am Penny Santiago. My mum was a stay at home wife and mother and my father was a naval officer in the merchant navy in England. I have two sister's and three brother's.

I met my husband when he was stationed at RAF Woodbridge / RAF Bentwater's, fell in love and got married. Still best friends, we have three wonderful children and five little people. We have relocated all over the world, to North Carolina, Florida, back to England, Germany, back to the states, to California, then back to England again. I got very good at relocating my family, finding a home and getting our children into schools.

I got into real estate because it is a very rewarding profession. I am good at what I do, enjoy showing
homes and especially helping family's relocate. Finding them a new home is veryexciting and I enjoy going along with them on their journey, in seeing the look on their faces, when they find the home that they love and want.
