If Your Video Skips or Pauses...
Double click play and then hit the pause button for about 10 seconds. You'll see the grey bar move across. Allow that grey bar to get ahead a bit before you push play again. If all else fails, the most common cause for playback problems is your connection speed to the Internet. A broadband connection (DSL or Cable modem) is recommended for the best experience. On slower connections, the video may not load as fast. The important thing to remember is, if it pauses, don't refresh or keep clicking. Give it a few seconds, it will continue. :-)
